Our world is moving so fast, with knowledge increasing rapidly, to the point of major distraction. Our phones, computers, and technology in general are robbing us of our joy, attention, and affections. 
God never meant for us to be so consumed with these things. He wants us consumed with Him. 
How can we get a hold of these addictions to apps & internet sites that are corrupting our minds, hearts, spirits, and emotions? 
With this plan, we will take a tour of the steps to effectively practice app-stinence and live a life that honors God, instead! 

App-Stinence

Worry can get loud fast, especially when life gets heavy. This 10-day plan shows how to find peace under pressure through Scripture, not self-help. You’ll follow Jesus’ invitation to rest (“Come… Take… Learn”), study His teaching on anxiety, and practice Paul’s pathway to peace in Philippians 4: prayer, thanksgiving, and disciplined thinking. You’ll also walk with Asaph in Psalm 77, moving from honest distress to deliberate remembrance of God’s faithfulness. Pressure may remain, but peace can grow when trust leads.
